This role involves defining operational performance metrics, developing reporting and visualizations, and collaborating with various teams to enhance data visibility and support decision-making.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain standardized dashboards: Build, update, and monitor Power BI dashboards and recurring reports with consistent logic, clear definitions, and user-friendly design
  • Translate operational objectives into measurable KPIs: Convert business goals into structured metrics and visuals that guide decisions at site and network levels
  • Identify and close data visibility gaps: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to scope issues and define improvements for better data availability and clarity
  • Ensure reliable data foundations: Work with Product and Engineering teams to confirm that required data is captured accurately and supports operational needs
  • Strengthen data pipelines: Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics to design, optimize, and maintain efficient data flows that support reporting and analysis
  • Advance reporting governance: Support metric standardization by applying consistent definitions, documentation practices, and governance processes to build a trusted single source of truth

Skills

  • 5+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or operations analysis (warehouse fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or similar)
  • Expert-level Power BI dashboard development skills (data modeling, KPI design, large dataset handling)
  • Strong SQL skills for pulling, validating, and interpreting operational data
  • Familiarity with warehouse systems and operational event data (WMS scans, exception codes, labor/station tracking)
  • Experience supporting multi-site performance reviews and standardizing KPIs across a network
