<center><b>Identity and Access Manager</b></center><td class="columnfull">Identity and Access Manager<br><br><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong><br><br>The Identity and Access Manager is an integral part of the Stony Brook Southampton IS team, reporting to the Director of IS. This position will also be part of the SBMIT IAM team, which supports the management of our Identity and Access Management solutions for Stony Brook Medicine, inclusive of four hospitals and numerous clinical and non-clinical locations across Long Island. This position will have a focus on sites on the east end of Long Island. This role will assist in the provisioning of user accounts, terminations and changes. The qualified candidates will possess outstanding communication skills while adhering to our high standard of excellence. Multitasking skills are a must, the candidate much possess strong analytical skills. The successful candidate will be a team player with the ability to work independently, and must be flexible to a work schedule that will require after hours and weekend support at times.<br><br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong><ul><li>Creation and management of user accounts, home folders and network shares. </li><li>Provide timely response and follow-up for day-to-day Help Desk tickets and support issue. </li><li>Active Directory account, group and OU maintenance. </li><li>Maintain existing scripts and automated jobs. </li><li>Provide support for account and access related issues. </li><li>Provide support for remote access solutions. </li><li>Maintain documentation and runbooks for the Identity Management department. </li><li>License management and assignment for Office 365. </li><li>Maintain Group Policies. </li><li>Provision clinical application access. </li></ul><strong >REQUIRED </strong><strong>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</strong><ul><li>Associates degree or 2 + years' experience in Information Technology. </li><li>2 or more years' experience in Active Directory Management. </li><li>2 or more years' experience in user account administration. </li><li>Excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills are essential for this job. The candidate must be able to troubleshoot identity and access issues quickly by identifying sources of problems. </li><li>The candidate must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential. </li><li>Proficient in MS Office products. </li><li>Ability to write and/or edit scripts. </li><li>Critical thinking skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to learn quickly and multitask in a fast paced work environment.</li></ul><strong >PREFERRED </strong><strong>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</strong><ul><li>Experience with Clinical User Access with but not limited to Cerner, Eclipsys and PACS preferred. </li><li>Experience with Vendor remote access software preferred.</li></ul><strong>As part of employment at Southampton Hospital, there may be occasions when travel to other locations is needed to support operational needs.</strong><br><br><strong><u>Special Notes</u></strong><strong>:</strong> <strong>Resume/CV should be included with the online application.</strong> <ul><li>Stony Brook Medicine is a smoke free environment.
